Edit: Oh, and just in case it’s not clear- these are concepts from the brainstorming phase. That means that these are not guaranteed moves or necessarily 100% indicative of the character, but it does give you a good taste of the character’s flavor/style. (heartburn, in Ileum’s case)

Previews of Skullgirls Wallpapers for the IGG rewards! I’m doing these in Illustrator so that they can be sized to whatever I want (I could print them to go on the sides of buildings if I really wanted), and it’s really great practice for using Illustrator! These are just the illustrations for the wallpapers; Brady is going to put them in really spiffy backgrounds and stuff :>

We feel really bad that the backers have been waiting for so long for the digital rewards, so Black and I have been trying to hurry it up but we’re both really busy and actually graduating this semester!! ;3;

Though they didn’t win, we were truly impressed by Skullgirls’ showing in our recent donation drive.  The Skullgirls scene organized two of their own fundraisers and raised over $78,000.  So as a big “thanks!” Evo will support the Skullgirls side tournament at Evo in the following ways.

• Evo will provide dedicated setups to the Skullgirls crew to run their side tournament in the BYOC (Bring Your Own Console Room)
• We’ll also showcase the Skullgirls top 8 as an on-stream exhibition
• To make things more interesting, we’ll throw $1000 into the pot.

Congratulations to all the Skullgirls fans who contributed to the drive, and see you at Evo 2013!

Where: Holiday Inn Stadium, 900 Packer Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19147

Status of SG: NOT CONFIRMED, however, SRK user, keninblack is working really hard to make sure a side tournament can take place. If we get the numbers it can happen. 

Civil War 5

When: 4/19-4/21

Where: Comfort Inn Midtown. Richmond, Virginia

Status of SG: If we get the numbers, we are there. Once again, SRK user, keninblack talked to the Organizer (Robin) and if we can get 8-16 people or more the tournament can go. SO COME OUT, AND SUPPORT!

Ultimate Fighting Game Tournament 9 (UFGT9)

When: May 24th-26th 

Where: Crowne Plaza Chicago O’ Hare, 5440 North River Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018
